If you have received an email from us which looks like this

"Hi

We are contacting all customers who are hosted on our Compuclick2 server to let them know we are moving you over to a new server in a new data centre in the next 7 days. We will be taking our compuclick2 legacy server offline on the 1st of May due to the age of the server and moving you over to a brand-new server.

If we manage your domain name then you wont need to do anything but if you manage your own domains then you will need to update your name servers to ns1.hostingclick.uk and ns2.hositngclick.uk. This can be done via your domain name provider.

We are going to be transferring 20 accounts per evening from the 23rd of April and once your account has been transferred you will receive an email asking to update your name servers.

If you name servers are not updated the next day you may start losing data or emails from your web hosting. We recommend you act on this as soon as you get the email to save losing any data/emails.

If you would like us to do this for you please send submit a support ticket with your domain, where you have registered the domain and your username and password. Please check these details and make sure they work before sending them over to us.

If you have any problems, please submit a support ticket via www.hostingclick.co.uk – Log in to your account and you should be able to submit a ticket in your client area.

Thank You
Hosting Click"
